William J. Dorman, Auditor II, State of New Jersey, Department of the Treasury, Division of Taxation, Transfer Inheritance and Estate Tax has been with the state for 10 years. Prior to joining the Division he worked in private industry for more than 20 years in various capacities including, management information systems (MIS), operations and controller.

Mr. Dorman earned a BA from Rutgers University and an MBA from Monmouth University. In addition to his work with the State of New Jersey, he volunteers for NJ-TF1 Urban Search and Rescue Team, Ocean County R.U.S.T., the Toms River Technical Rescue Task Force and as a volunteer firefighter.

She is the immediate past president of the New Jersey State Bar Association. She is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a fellow of the American Bar Foundation. Ms. Knee is admitted to the bars of New Jersey, New York and Florida. She writes and lectures frequently on estate planning topics. Ms. Knee is author of "Lexis Nexis Practice Guide: New Jersey Probate and Estate Administration" and co-author with Linda Ershow-Levenberg of "Lexis Nexis Practice Guide: New Jersey Elder Law." She is a graduate of Fordham College, Fordham University School of Law, and New York University School of Law (LL.M., Taxation).
