Bill Carlino is a managing director at Whitman Transition Advisors LLC, a national consulting and M&A firm for the CPA profession where for the past 10 years he has overseen M&A activity for the New York/New Jersey and New England Markets. Prior to joining WTA, he served as editor-in-chief and editorial director for the national publication Accounting Today and AccountingToday.com, where he was responsible for all content both in print and online. He has been a frequent industry speaker, presenter and panel moderator and has appeared as an expert commentator on such business channels as CNBC, Reuters, Bloomberg, CNN, the New York Times as well as National Public Radio.

Jeffrey R. Pittard, Esq. devotes his practice to all areas of estate and wealth preservation and tax planning for high net worth individuals.

He is adept at composing estate planning documents, including wills and trusts. In addition, he has handled all aspects of estate tax administration in both New Jersey and New York, and has assisted clients with changing domicile to Florida, and has represented clients in tax disputes with federal and state taxing authorities. He also has extensive experience handling federal and state civil tax controversy matters.

He is a graduate of New York University School of Law with an LL.M. in taxation, he earned his JD from Seton Hall University Law School and his BS from Boston University.

Paul J. Sanchez, CPA, CBA, CFSA, conducts a CPA practice in Port Washington, NY. He also owns Professional Service Associates, a consulting and professional training and development business. Mr. Sanchez was an assistant professor at Long Island University, as well as an adjunct lecturer at the City University of New York. Previously, Mr. Sanchez was vice president for Professional Development for the Audit Division of a regional bank and director of Professional Practices and vice- president of a money-center bank where he directed the professional practice development and training for internal auditors. He was also on the technical staff of the Auditing Standards and Examinations Divisions of the AICPA. Mr. Sanchez practiced public accounting in the New York office of Deloitte where he also was involved as a firm recruiter and in-house professional development instructor. He is an auditing and financial accounting seminar leader for the Person/Wolinsky CPA review course and a frequent lecturer and seminar leader.
