Benjamin J. Menasha is a graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University in New York City. While in law school, he worked with the Bet Tzedek Legal Services Clinic and provided legal services to the elderly and disabled. He concentrates his practice on Elder Law with a focus on Medicaid Planning and Qualification, Guardianship and Estate Planning. Mr. Menasha is a principal in the law firm of Pisciotta & Menasha, LLC in North Brunswick, New Jersey. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and the New Jersey State Bar Association Elder Law Section.
