Bernie is a fractional CFO with Brown & Associates, LLC, a firm specializing in the improvement of small to mid-size businesses’ bottom lines through strategy, improved execution, and better team dynamics. With more than 30 years’ experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, Treasurer, and Risk Manager, Bernie has participated in fast-growing multi-national businesses. He has significant hands on experience with bank relationships, reorganizations, cost reductions, acquisitions and divestitures.
Bernie has worked with Tyco International, Noel Group LLC, Nomaco Inc., Holliston LLC. He is a graduate of Penn State University with degrees in Business Administration & Professional Accountancy, and has also taught Personal Finance 101, Health and Welfare Wellness seminars.
