Scott Rappoport CLU, ChFC, RHU, CEBS, president of Chadler Solutions, has been working with employers and individuals since 1984 to meet their employee benefit and financial needs.
Scott earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and attended professional education programs at The American College and Northeastern University. He is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and a Registered Health Underwriter (RHU).
Aspiring to the pinnacle of the employee benefits industry, Scott earned the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) degree from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. This distinguishes him within a very small community of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists working as private practitioners. Scott is a past vice chairman & chairman of the board of United Benefit Advisors (UBA). A prominent expert on the Patient Protection & Affordable Care Act as well as employee benefits and human resource matters, Scott is a regular speaker for various business and professional groups, including accounting firms, law firms and licensed insurance agents. Scott has appeared on a variety of television shows such as CNBC, "The Money Club", News Center 4, "The Today Show" and "Live at 5".
Scott is an Eagle Scout and continues to support the Boy Scouts of America. In his spare time, Scott is a volunteer emergency medical technician and rides on the Martinsville/Green Knoll Rescue Squads. A Philadelphia native, he currently resides in Bridgewater, NJ and Ft. Lauderdale FL.
