Eric Feldmann has accumulated over a decade of experience in the Employee Benefits business with premier organizations such as The Principal and The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America. He excels in cultivating relationships, meeting challenges, and strives to understand the unique needs of each organization he serves. This approach has allowed Eric to gain experience in delivering customized solutions for organizations of all types, from small privately held businesses to Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining Chadler Solutions in 2011, Eric served as a Benefits Advisor for The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America where he focused on Medical and Ancillary benefits, risk management, HR solutions, employee education, and client retention. Cost control through education, communication, access and responsiveness are the cornerstones of his commitment for delivering value to his clients and their employees.

Eric earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Business from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania. Originally from New Jersey, Eric has lived in nearby Boonton Township since 2018.

Carla Matrisciano is an investment advisor representative with over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry. In her role, she is the primary contact and relationship manager for existing investment advisory clients. She serves as the subject matter expert, focusing on defined contribution retirement plans. She takes ownership of client issues and provides a proactive approach in working on complex client matters. Additionally, Carla provides financial guidance and education to 401(k) participants. Her technical expertise includes solid internal and external financial reporting and analysis. Carla earned her Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Accounting from Seton Hall University. She is a member of the New Jersey State Society of CPA’s and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Scott Rappoport CLU, ChFC, RHU, CEBS, president of Chadler Solutions, has been working with employers and individuals since 1984 to meet their employee benefit and financial needs.

Scott earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and attended professional education programs at The American College and Northeastern University. He is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and a Registered Health Underwriter (RHU).

Aspiring to the pinnacle of the employee benefits industry, Scott earned the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) degree from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. This distinguishes him within a very small community of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists working as private practitioners. It is this unique commitment to technical expertise and exceptional service that ensures a high level of satisfaction among Chadler Solutions clients.

Scott is a past vice chairman & chairman of the board of United Benefit Advisors (UBA). This partnership of the nation’s finest independently owned benefits brokerage and consulting firms boasts 145 members across the U.S. and Canada. UBA's best-in-class products, tools and services support Rappoport in providing firm clients with a Fortune 500 benefit experience.

A prominent expert on the Patient Protection & Affordable Care Act as well as employee benefits and human resource matters, Scott is a regular speaker for various business and professional groups, including accounting firms, law firms and licensed insurance agents. Scott has appeared on a variety of television shows such as CNBC, "The Money Club", News Center 4, "The Today Show" and "Live at 5".

Scott is an Eagle Scout and continues to support the Boy Scouts of America. In his spare time, Scott is a volunteer emergency medical technician and rides on the Martinsville/Green Knoll Rescue Squads. A Philadelphia native, he currently resides in Bridgewater, NJ and Ft. Lauderdale FL.
