NJCPA Video Services

The NJCPA can help you create a video presence for your firm or company. A video is perfect for:

  • Announcing a merger, acquisition or new service line or product.
  • A “meet the company” video to provide an overview of your services or products.
  • A “meet the staff” video.
  • Educating your clients or customers on a topic.

Video Studio

The NJCPA video studio is available for rental. You can bring your own equipment and videographer(s), or we can provide them. The studio features a custom-designed set with movable table and chairs. The table can accommodate up to four people in various configurations, and a logo can be inserted into the front panel. Custom lighting creates different moods.

Option 1: Studio rental only

You can bring your own equipment and videographer and simply rent our space.

  • Half day (up to 4 consecutive hours) – $400
  • Full day (up to 8 consecutive hours) – $600

Option 2: Studio, equipment and videographer

We can provide up to three cameras and other necessary equipment and a videographer to film your video.

  • Half day (up to 4 consecutive hours) – $1,025
  • Full day (up to 8 consecutive hours) – $1,750

Additional services:

  • Editing – request a quote
  • Raw footage on hard drive – $100
  • Extra camera operator – $150 half day/$250 full day
  • Live stream (via YouTube) – $500




Video Production

The NJCPA can film, edit and produce a custom video for your company. Services include:

  • Pre-production planning with your team
  • Filming at your company or location of your choice
  • Two rounds of edits
  • Final version of video in format suitable for YouTube or other video hosting platform

Pricing varies depending upon the extent of the video, but prices generally begin at $2,000.
