Michael Schlesinger is a partner at Schlesinger & Sussman. Michael has over forty years of experience in various aspects of law, including taxation (his major interest), litigation, business planning, corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships. Mr. Schlesinger has written over fifty five articles on taxation in various national publications. He's also been quoted a number of times in The New York Times , Federal Tax Weekly, Fortune Small Business and Smart Money.

Mr. Schlesinger earned a B.A. from Antioch College, a J.D. from Toledo University College of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from NYU School of Law.

Alan L. Sussman, J.D., LL.M., is a partner in the law firm of Schlesinger & Sussman in Clifton, New Jersey and New York. He is a tax attorney who concentrates in federal and state taxation, corporate law, trusts, income and estate planning and estate administration. He is a member of the Tax Sections of the New Jersey State and American Bar Associations. He has lectured on estate and tax law to the Practising Law Institute, the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (I.C.L.E.), the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Public Accounting Association, the Passaic County CPA Society, the New Jersey State Bar Association as well as other business and professional groups. He has authored articles which have appeared in TAXES as well as in New Jersey ICLE publications. Mr. Sussman received his undergraduate degree from George Washington University and his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law. He has an L.L.M. in Taxation from New York University Graduate School of Law.
