Arthur Korth, Esq. has been an associate with Cooper Levenson since 1988. He concentrates his practice in Taxation Law, Estate Planning and Estate Administration, working with clients on creating estate plans and drafting Wills, trusts and related estate planning and administration. Most recently, he has been involved in Estate Litigation cases as an expert in the law of taxation and estate administration. A graduate of Princeton University (A.B., 1978), Rutgers University School of Law - Camden (J.D., 1981) and New York University (LL.M. in Taxation, 1983), Mr. Korth was admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey in 1981, and the United States Tax Court in 1985. He is currently President of the Atlantic City Chapter of Business Network International, and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association sections of Taxation, Real Property and Probate. Anthony is also the founder or a partner in eight other companies, four of which are in the IT sector. Anthony is Fox 29’s on-air “Tech Guy” and appears locally and nationally on TV. Anthony also writes for numerous publications and speaks on various topics, including technology, cyber security, and entrepreneurship. Anthony lives in Southampton, NJ, with his wife, Shelly, and daughters, Ally and Ashley.

Michael L. Salad, Esq., LL.M. is a partner in the firm. He concentrates his practice on business transactions, tax matters, probate administration and estate and business planning. Michael holds an LL.M. in Estate Planning and Elder Law.

Michael began his career at Cooper Levenson as a summer clerk in 2009 and 2010. He worked primarily within the tax law arena, concentrating on will drafting and estate and asset protection planning as well as preparing and structuring shareholder agreements, limited liability company operating agreements and partnership agreements. In addition, Michael handles general corporate matters as well as mergers and acquisitions involving corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies. Michael regularly travels between Florida and New Jersey and assists clients from the Northeast who are seeking to change their residency.

Joining Cooper Levenson in 1984, he now serves as President of the firm, and Chairman of the Tax and Business practice group. He has been a partner since 1988. Rob’s areas of expertise encompass almost all aspects of tax and business planning and transactions. More specifically, he focuses on matters involving the representation of businesses, including healthcare providers. He helps them to achieve business objectives, and also provides advice with respect to income tax issues. Jarad K. Stiles, Esq. Partner As a member of the Tax Law, and Estate Planning & Administration, and Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring practice groups at Cooper Levenson, Jarad K. Stiles, Esq., LL.M. puts his extensive experience in tax law to work.

Previously, Jarad worked with a Millville, N.J. firm, where he created a new practice group specializing in trusts and estates, asset protection, tax controversy, special needs planning and elder law. Among his major accomplishments was gaining guardianship for a client with approximately $2.2 million in dispute. He also resolved tax compliance issues to maintain a foundation’s 501 (c)(3) status, and advised clients on comprehensive estate and asset protection plans limiting state, local and federal tax liability.

Nicholas F. Talvacchia, Esq., a partner in Cooper Levenson, serves as Chair of the firm's Land Use practice group. Nick assists clients in negotiating agreements for tax redevelopment incentives with the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (EDA), the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA) and local governments. Some of his recent approvals include: $38.4 million in Economic Redevelopment and Growth (ERG) incentives for an entertainment complex; $33 million in Grow New Jersey tax credits for a call center; $261 million tax incentives for a resort hotel; $5.2 million tax incentives for restaurant/retail complex; and $4.8 million tax incentives for a retail and health club facility.
