He also serves high net worth individuals. Benjamin’s expertise focuses on tax, but his past experience providing audit and accounting services allows him to deliver a unique perspective to clients. Benjamin has been a speaker on various tax topics. Additionally, he frequently writes tax articles and updates for both external and internal audiences.

Jonathan Bressman

Jonathan Bressman, Esq. is with Archer Law Firm and provides high quality, professional and caring legal services. Jonathan Bressman is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law and the Taxation sections of the American Bar Association and the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law, Elder Law and Taxation sections of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He is a graduate of Lehigh University with a B.A. in English and was an officer in the Sigma Tau Delta English Honorary Society. He earned his law degree from Temple University School of Law. Mr. Bressman has been a member in good standing of the New Jersey Bar since 1988. Mr. Bressman’s practice is primarily focused on estate planning and estate administration, Special Needs planning, Medicaid eligibility planning, business planning and tax matters. Jonathan Bressman, Esq. has lectured for the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education, New Jersey State Bar Foundation, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, various local organizations, schools and brokerage firms.

Nicole DeRosa

Nicole M. DeRosa is a tax partner with Wiss in Florham Park, NJ and has more than 15 years of public accounting experience, specializing in taxation for closely held businesses and individuals. In addition to working with clients in an array of industries, she was also an adjunct professor at Raritan Valley Community College, where she taught Tax Accounting for Individuals for four years.

Ms. DeRosa is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and is active on the Content Advisory Board and Federal Taxation Interest Group; she is currently a member of the Board of Trustees. In 2019, she was awarded the “Women to Watch” Ovation Award, which applauds the growth and success of female members for their leadership, potential, contributions, and commitment to fostering the success of their colleagues. In 2022, she was awarded the “Impact” Ovation Award, which recognizes those who exhibit exemplary efforts and stellar achievement in advancing the interests and needs of New Jersey’s accounting profession through active engagement, leadership, and advocacy. Ms. DeRosa was also named to the 2022 edition of the NJ BIZ Power 50 List for the third year in a row; this list accounts for the most influential men and women in the accounting profession that helps to keep the states’ business on track. In Nicole’s spare time, she enjoys staying active at the gym, volunteering at the local animal shelter, and is active in various charitable organizations, such as St. Jude.

Ms. DeRosa is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, with degrees in accountancy and a Master of Science in Accountancy.

Paul Dougherty

Paul Dougherty is a tax partner at EisnerAmper and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. He has more than 20 years of public accounting and specialized expertise in corporate taxation, high net worth individuals and IRS controversy. He has significant experience in the review of corporate, partnership ad individual tax returns; sophisticated tax planning techniques; representation of federal and state audits; real estate taxation; tax lien matters, and mergers and acquisitions. Paul is responsible for overseeing the tax compliance for all property and casualty insurance companies, life companies and mutual insurance companies as well as coordinating the tax training for the insurance tax specialists. Paul is involved in curriculum selection and development in the Tax College of EisnerAmper University and is a Dean of the college. He is a frequent writer and speaker, presenting seminars nationally and throughout the tri-state area on various matters. Paul earned his J.D. at New York Law School, M.S. T. from Seaton Hall University and B.B.A. in accounting from Pace University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association Taxation Committee and New York State Bar Association.

Barbara Taibi is a Partner in the Personal Wealth Advisors Group. She has more than 20 years of public accounting experience and more than 15 years of experience in income tax planning and tax return preparation. Barbara focuses on helping clients plan for and meet their financial and tax goals. Barbara works extensively in the areas of succession planning, retirement planning, estate planning, income tax and gift tax planning, and cash flow planning for high net worth individuals, families, corporate executives of major companies and closely held business owners. She has represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service and state tax authorities. Barbara frequently speaks to professional groups on current tax issues and has been published in several professional publications.
