Arthur DiPadova

Arthur A. DiPadova, J.D., LL.M., is a shareholder in the firm Kulzer & DiPadova, P.A. He earned his J.D. degree at the Rutgers University School of Law, where he graduated with honors. He earned his LL.M. in Taxation at New York University. Mr. DiPadova is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court, is a member of the Bars of the State of New Jersey and is a frequent speaker to business and professional groups in the area of taxation and estate planning. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, a former Chairman of the Camden County Bar Association's Section of Taxation, Past President of the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Southern New Jersey, Immediate Past President of the Society of Financial Service Professionals – South Jersey Chapter, and is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association and the Camden County Bar Association. Mr. DiPadova's particular areas of expertise include estate, partnership and real estate taxation.

James B. Evans, Jr., J.D., LL.M., CPA, is a shareholder at Kulzer & DiPadova, P.A. He earned his J.D. degree at the Rutgers University School of Law – Camden and his LL.M. in taxation at New York University. He is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court, is a member of the Bar of the State of New Jersey, and is a member of the Camden County Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Evans is a member of the tax sections of the NJBA and the ABA. In addition to being an attorney, Mr. Evans is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member and a Past President of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (2003-2004). He has served as Chairperson of the State and Local Tax Committee of the Society. He is a Past President of the Southwest Jersey Chapter of the NJSCPA. Mr. Evans is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and serves on AICPA Council, its governing body. Mr. Evans is a member of the New Jersey Tax and Fiscal Policy Commission. He was a member of and chaired the New Jersey Corporation Business Tax Review Commission. Mr. Evans’ particular areas of concentration include state taxation, corporate taxation and business planning. He lectures regularly in the area of taxation and accounting.

Mrs. Haas is an associate with Kulzer & DiPadova She earned her J.D. at Rutgers School of Law, Camden, New Jersey and her bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. While at Rutgers, Mrs. Haas served as an Associate Research and Writing Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion and served as Chair of the Recruitment Committee for Rutgers University’s Wills for Heroes program. Mrs. Haas earned her Masters of Law (LL.M.) in Taxation with Distinction in 2015 from the Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia, PA, where she also received an Estate Planning certificate. Mrs. Haas is a member of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey.

Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Haas interned in the New Jersey Tax Court for the Honorable Patrick DeAlmeida, interned in the Gloucester County Family Court with the Honorable Mary K. White and interned at the House of Representatives with Congressman Frank LoBiondo.

Glenn Henkel

Glenn A. Henkel, CPA, J.D., LL.M., is a shareholder of Kulzer & DiPadova, PA., which limits its practice to tax, business and estate matters. His particular areas of expertise include complex estate planning; tax-exempt organizations; and probate, trust and estate law. Mr. Henkel is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court and is a member of the Bars of the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In addition to being an attorney, Mr. Henkel is a certified public accountant. He is the author of publications for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. In 2009, Mr. Henkel was awarded the Alfred C. Clapp Award for Excellence in Continuing Legal Education from the NJICLE. He is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel; past chair of the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section; and an officer of the Taxation Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Mr. Henkel was a trustee and is currently co-chair of the Probate and Trust Committee of the Camden County Bar Association. He is a past president of the Trust Counselors Network and of the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Southern New Jersey, Inc. Mr. Henkel is also a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a past president of the Southwest Jersey Chapter of the NJSCPA. Mr. Henkel was designated as an accredited estate planner by the National Association of Estate Planning Councils. Mr. Henkel has been named a Super Lawyer, one of the 100 Top Super Lawyers in New Jersey and was named to Best Lawyers in America. Mr. Henkel was an assistant professor of tax law at Rutgers University School of Law. He was a member of the Rutgers Law Journal, has published articles in national tax journals and has lectured extensively to groups of lawyers, accountants and estate planners. He earned his J.D. at Rutgers University School of Law and his LL.M. in taxation at New York University.

Ms. Schmid earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law specializing in Corporate Law, and earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Pennsylvania where she majored in Political Science and Economics. Ms. Schmid is currently pursuing her Masters of Law (LL.M.) in Taxation from New York University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Schmid was a Senior Tax Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where she specialized in Mergers and Acquisitions. While at PwC, Ms. Schmid handled the federal tax implications of complex merger and acquisition transactions involving Fortune 500 corporations.
