Prior to founding CPE University, Tom was a founding partner and vice president of client services for FirstQuarter, Inc., a performance management consultancy. He is a Business Fellow and the associate director of the Center for Business Analytics at the Villanova University School of Business, where he also teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in accounting and analytics.
