Erik Ringoen is a CPA with 23 years of experience assisting clients on matters including financial investigations, litigation and dispute consulting, financial auditing, tax and economic damages. Erik is a licensed certified public accountant in Pennsylvania and Delaware and is certified in financial forensics and accredited in business valuation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Erik has concentrated in forensic and investigative accounting since 1999.

Erik has led multi-disciplined teams performing fraud and financial investigations, due diligence, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) investigations, bankruptcy and claims management services, domestically and internationally. He has been involved in every aspect of cases including planning, developing and implementing investigative plans, managing engagement resources, conducting investigative interviews and presenting finding for large multi-national and privately-held companies (i.e. Board of Directors, Special Committees, Management). He has also served as a fraud specialist advising audit teams on the scope of a company’s investigations, procedures performed, findings, and adequacy of their response to the findings, including any remedial actions.

Prior to joining Forensic Resolutions, Inc., Erik worked as a senior manager with the Philadelphia office of Deloitte Forensics from 2007 until 2017, a manager for Kroll from 1999 to 2007 and a senior associate with Gunnip & Company, Certified Public Accountants from 1995 to 1999. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting and economics from the University of Delaware.

Barb is an Audit Partner with Citrin Cooperman & Company LLP. Her responsibilities include evaluating attestation work to ensure quality financial statements and accountants’ reports are issued in the southern region of Citrin Cooperman. She has an extensive amount of experience with revenue recognition, stock based compensation, fair value of financial instruments, allowance for loan losses and structured transactions. Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, she was an Inspection Leader with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board and a member of the Banking Inspection Group, who evaluated audits of financial institutions performed by the six largest public accounting firms. Barb was also the Chief Accounting Officer at Customers Bank, and an audit senior manager at Grant Thornton LLP for more than fourteen years. She specialized in financial services clients with assets of $100 million to more than $10 billion, with extensive experience in SEC reporting matters, merger and acquisition activities, implementation of new accounting and auditing standards and compliance and regulatory matters.

Barb graduated from Saint Joseph’s University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and her Masters of Business of Administration. She is a certified public accountant in Pennsylvania and a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.

Marion Wickersham

Marion Wickersham

Marion Wickersham is a Senior Associate at Forensic Resolutions Inc., a forensic and investigative accounting firm. Prior to joining Forensic Resolutions, Inc., she had worked in commercial banking as a head teller since 2001, identifying and solving fraudulent transactions and activities, with extensive knowledge in cash handling and reporting, employee training and development. She originally joined the firm in 2013 as an intern, before becoming an Associate in 2014. At Forensic Resolutions, Inc., Mrs. Wickersham analyzes and quantifies the financial aspects of matters in dispute in various types of cases. She has worked on numerous personal injury and wrongful death matters, subrogation damages including the assessment of lost business income, contents, property loss, and extra expense claims.

Mrs. Wickersham obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Drexel University. She also graduated from West Virginia University with a Master of Science Degree in Forensic and Fraud Examination.

Mrs. Wickersham is a Certified Fraud Examiner and is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
