The SECURE Act - What do the
Changes Mean to You and Your Business?
The
Setting Every Community Up
for Retirement Enhancement (SECURE) Act contains major changes to IRAs and employer-based
retirement plans. This program is designed for CFOs/Controllers and
similar positions in industry who deal with required minimum distributions, estate
planning, and employer based retirement plans. After taking this program,
you will be better understand the SECURE Act and its impact including the impact
to employer based retirement plans.
This session will highlight
significant changes, such as:
- Elimination of the 10-year rule on inherited IRAs
and other changes to IRA rules
- Employer-based retirement plan changes
- The New Jersey Secure Choice Savings Program that will be effective in
2021
This program will grant 1.0 CPE credit in TX.
DESIGNED FOR
Controllers, chief financial officers, budget directors, assistant controllers, accounting managers or senior staff with a substantial responsibility for the above functions regardless of formal title working at for-profit companies or nonprofit organizations. Sales representatives are not permitted to attend.
BENEFITS
