Greg Goldstein is President & Founder of Highridge Technology is Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey. Greg brings to Highridge 25 years of experience in IT working in some of the most complex technology departments within the financial services industry, including Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan Chase. Prior to starting Highridge, Greg was Co-Founder of De Novo Technology Partners, LLC a Managed Services Provider focused on the financial services industry. Leveraging his experience servicing financial services firms, Greg has build strong business relationships within the RIA community, including vendor relationships with both Schwab and Fidelity. Greg holds a bachelor’s degree from Emory University.

John Gorman

John Gorman, CFE, CHFI

New Jersey State Police

John Gorman, CFE, CHFI is Bureau Chief of the High Tech Crime Bureau within the New Jersey State Police.  In his role, he oversees investigations and data analyses of criminal investigations involving computers,telecommunications, and other technologies.  John has proven success building and supervising cyber programs to support multiagency missions through partnership development.  He is sought out by law enforcement and the private sector for insight into privacy laws and how to mitigate risks inherent to cyber incidents and is an accomplished crisis negotiator in charge of overseeing Crisis Negotiation Response for the New Jersey State Police.  John is a regular keynote speaker on blockchain, cryptocurrency, and cyber investigations.

John is also Chairman of the Cybercrime Committee at the Association of State Criminal Investigative Agencies.  Prior to his current role, John was a New Jersey State Trooper and served as Captain from November 2017.  He was an FBI Fellow at the National Cyber Investigative Joint Task Force in Washington, D.C. where he took part in national efforts to identify, pursue, and defeat cyber threats against the United States.  Previously, he was a Senior Accountant at Merrill Lynch in Princeton.

John earned his B.S. in Accounting from Rider University and his M.S. in Financial Investigations from the University of New Haven.  He was the recipient of he Outstanding Graduate Student Award.  He holds his Certified Forensic Computer Examiner certification from the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists, is a Cellebrite Certified Logical Operator  Cellebrite Certified Physical Analyst, is a Certified Fraud Examiner, and a Certified Hacking Forensic Investigator.

Michelle Schaap practices cybersecurity and corporate law at Chiesa Sahinian & Giantomasi PC. Within corporate law, she primarily practices in construction, franchising and renewable energy – representing a varied client base that ranges from Fortune 500 companies to closely-held businesses.

Combining her technology and corporate experience, Michelle has spearheaded and developed CSG’s cybersecurity practice. She regularly advises clients on cybersecurity preparedness, counsels clients when data security incidents arise and trains companies on best practices for security procedures addressing both their business operations and their customers’ concerns. Michelle assesses her clients’ risk management practices and security incident preparedness to develop a proactive response and recovery plan enacted to recover from security breaches. Additionally, Michelle works with clients in contract review, drafting and negotiation in critical areas of privacy and security.

Michelle is a Certified Information Privacy Professional, awarded from the International Association of Privacy Professionals, with a concentration on U.S. private-sector law (CIPP/US).

Within the construction industry, Michelle negotiates complex agreements – including construction management, architect and design-build agreements. Her extensive experience includes multimillion-dollar biotech research facilities, design-build agreements for amusement rides, and working with various clients to develop form agreements for planned expansion. Complementary to Michelle's construction work is her experience negotiating solar facility agreements – including power purchase agreements and engineering, procurement and construction agreements.

Michelle works closely with both technology developers and companies seeking to acquire technologies – whether by custom development, license, subscription or otherwise. Michelle’s experience overseeing these transactions enhances efficiency and ensures that the agreement appropriately protects her clients. She educates her clients on potential risks and liabilities, and provides best practices to help manage and mitigate such exposure.
