Christopher Kamnitsis is a Senior Partner and has been with Beacon Financial Group since its inception in July of 1996. Chris has over 26 years of experience as a financial consultant. In 1993, Prior to joining Beacon, he worked on Wall Street for 2 years with Lehman Brothers, Inc. and Oppenheimer & Co. where he advised individual stock and bond portfolios. In addition to helping his clients plan for and achieve their goals, Chris is involved in many projects designed to help individuals and small businesses understand and manage their retirement assets. Areas of focus include Solo (k), 401(k), 457 and 403(b) plans; IRA Rollovers, Beneficiary (Stretch) IRAs, pre 59 1/2 early distributions, and Roth IRA conversion strategies.

He also works with individual securities such as bonds, preferred stocks and other fixed income tools. As a specialist in retirement distribution and income planning, Chris is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, and he has been accepted into the nation’s most exclusive group of financial advisors — Ed Slott’s Elite IRA Advisor GroupSM where he is a Master Elite advisor. Chris is also a highly sought after public speaker, having done hundreds of presentations for small groups to large corporations as well as the New York City Police Department, educating the audience on Retirement and Income Planning. He has been featured in Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, Money magazine, as well as various local publications. Chris is a graduate ofthe University of Hartford with a BA in Political Science and Economics and has completed the Certified Financial PlanningTM program at Fairleigh Dickinson University. He was born and raised in Hunterdon County where he now resides with his wife and four children.

Bruce E. Mantell is a Shareholder in the law firm of Mantell Prince & Reynolds, P.C. in New Providence, New Jersey.  The firm limits its practice to tax and business planning, estate planning, estate administration and trust and estate litigation, mergers and acquisitions, tax controversy matters, ERISA and serving as expert and expert witness in tax and trust and estate related litigation.

He is a member of the Essex and Union County Bar Associations, the New Jersey State Bar Association, its Taxation Section (where he is a Past Chair and a member of the Executive Council) and its Probate and Trust Section, and has served as a Member on both the Ad Hoc Committee on Multidisciplinary Practices, and the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on the Skills and Methods Course.  He is also a Member of the American Bar Association and its Taxation Section.  In addition, Mr. Mantell is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, and he is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.  He is a former member of both the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education and the Board of Directors of The New Jersey Lawyer Newspaper.   He has been listed under two categories, namely, Tax and Trusts & Estates, in The Best Lawyers in America, published by Woodward/White, Inc., since 2001.  He is also listed, since 2005, under the categories of Tax and Trusts & Estates in New Jersey Super Lawyers, published by New Jersey Monthly Magazine.    Mr. Mantell is a frequent lecturer and author on tax, business, estate and pension related subjects for professional associations.  

Mr. Mantell received his B.S. from Lehigh University (1969), his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law (1973), and his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law (1977).

Christina started with the Division in 2007 in the Customer Service Call Center. During her 8 years in the Division’s Customer Service center she gained a vast knowledge of all taxes and programs administered by the Division. She assisted not only the taxpayers of New Jersey during her time in the Customer Service center but also the practitioners and business community through the Pratitioner Hotline. Christina joined Taxation University in 2015 where she became a strong part of our employee training program and continued to assist the practitioners and business communities by providing valuable tax information through seminars and education. In April of 2020 Christina moved to the Office of Legislative Analysis to assist in navigating the legislation that impacts the Division. As of the spring of 2023 Christina is the newest addition to the Office of the Taxpayer Advocate. Christina has served on various projects over the course of her career including the planning and implementation of the Division first ever New Hire Boot Camp training program in 2017, the Intergrated Tax System training plan implementation, and most recently the ANCHOR Program advertising and outreach campaign. Christina’s tax knowledge, customer service experience, and project management skill set is a strong assest to the Division of Taxation. Christina is a loving mother of three and an avid baker.

Brian D. Reynolds, Esq., a shareholder with Mantell, Prince & Reynolds, P.C., focuses his practice on matters relating to tax and estate planning; business and succession planning for entrepreneurs, professionals and closely held businesses; the administration of estates and trusts; estate and trust litigation; taxpayer representation in connection with federal and state tax controversies; charitable planning; and a broad range of personal legal matters. Mr. Reynolds is a member of the Union County Bar Association and a frequent lecturer for several organizations, including the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Foundation. He graduated cum laude from York College of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree. He received his juris doctor from New York University School of Law and his master’s from New York University School of Law. Mr. Reynolds is admitted to practice law in both New Jersey and New York. In 2011, Mr. Reynolds was chosen for the New Jersey Law Journal’s 40 Under 40, which recognizes the top 40 attorneys in the State of New Jersey who are under the age of 40.

Shaune is a partner at CohnReznick with 13 years of diverse experience in public accounting. He is a member of CohnReznick's Technology and Life Sciences Industry Practice and National Tax Practice and has a background in corporate, partnership and individual tax planning and compliance, including multi-state and international companies. In addition to general accounting, Shaune’s experience in working with small start-up entrepreneurs includes setting up accounting methods, standards and procedures, state registration and employment issues. Shaune has also worked closely with public entities and large public affiliated corporate groups, providing services that include corporate tax compliance, partnership tax compliance, sell-side due diligence for companies and shareholders, and ASC 740 work. Shaune has knowledge and experience in both inbound and outbound international tax issues. Prior to joining CohnReznick, Shaune worked for a local private accounting firm in Ocean County as well as for a West Coast-based accounting firm.
