OVERVIEW

What are the conversations you've been unable or unwilling to have with yourself—that, if you were able to have them, might change everything? Join the NJCPA Women's Leadership group and Deb Wijnberg, global human resources executive and Lead Consultant at Crothers Consulting, for a chance to explore the tough questions that can help transform everyday conversations at work and at home with effective ways to get your message across—and get what you want.

HIGHLIGHTS

Learn the 7 steps to mastering fierce conversations both with training and experiential learning. This high energy presentation engages the audience by practicing with real examples from the group as they interact with one another and deepen learning and skill development.

7 Steps

  1. Master the courage to interrogate reality
  2. Come out from behind yourself into the conversation and make it real
  3. Be here, prepared to be nowhere else
  4. Tackle your toughest challenge today
  5. Obey your instincts
  6. Take responsibility for your emotional wake
  7. Let silence do the heavy lifting
Pre-class Preparation
