Bergen Chapter Chat: Stress Reduction in the Pandemic Era (E2102289)

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM EST
webcast

Zoom

OVERVIEW

Let’s chat with psychologist Dr. Kevin Brennan and learn about the signs of stress and, more importantly, coping mechanisms for reducing it.

HIGHLIGHTS

Stress! We’re all feeling it. The list is long: Starting a new tax season that seemed like it just ended. Closing out year-end financials. Trying to learn new tax regulations. Working on PPP forgiveness. Working on PPP Round 2 loans. Attending to children at home all while trying to work. And all of this in the midst of a pandemic. It’s no wonder we’re all under stress. But there is hope. Bring your questions for a discussion with an expert on the topic. After all, a “chat” is a bi-directional conversation, and this is your time to obtain the information you want.
