Bergen Chapter Chat: Navigating Employment Laws While Opening Up Offices (E2107219)

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM EDT
webcast

Zoom

OVERVIEW

In this session, Michael Morea Esq. will lead a discussion on the reopening of offices while COVID-19 restrictions are eased.

HIGHLIGHTS

Michael Morea will lead a discussion and answer questions on how to navigate opening up offices with the easing of COVID-19 restrictions. What are the dos and don’ts to be aware of as you start to return to the office? Can you ask employees to wear masks? Can you ask your employees if they have been vaccinated? Can you ask those unvaccinated to continue to wear masks while vaccinated do not have to? Can you ask visitors to the office to wear masks?

It is also a great time to share what has worked and has not worked as you have and continue to return to office normalcy.

Bring your questions! After all, a “chat” is a bi-directional conversation, and this is your time to obtain the information you want.
