Kathleen McLeod Caminiti is a partner in the New Jersey office of Fisher Phillips, a national labor and employment firm. Kathie is co-chair of both the Wage and Hour and Pay Equity practice groups She has extensive experience handling all aspects of employment litigation, including defending individual plaintiff discrimination and benefits claims, as well as and class and collective action litigation. Sarah Wieselthier is an associate in the New Jersey office of Fisher Phillips, focusing her practice on counseling and defending employers in all areas of employment law. Sarah is an active member of the Firm’s Pay Equity and Wage and Hour Practice Groups and represents employers in a variety of employment matters in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, including equal pay, wage and hour claims, and class and collective actions.
