He has structured, negotiated and implemented successful corporate acquisitions and divestitures, turnarounds, joint ventures and partnerships and many other sophisticated corporate transactions.

Oscar has represented both lenders and borrowers in debt and combined debt/equity financing vehicles, especially financing secured by accounts receivable and other intangibles. His practice also includes federal and state securities matters, particularly private placement syndications, and securities compliance and reporting responsibilities. Oscar recently represented the buyer in an acquisition of a casino property from the country’s largest, publicly-traded casino company, in a transaction valued at $1.3 billion. He has also recently served as trustee and escrow agent for transactions involving crypto-currencies and other digital assets.

Previously, Jarad worked with a Millville, N.J. firm, where he created a new practice group specializing in trusts and estates, asset protection, tax controversy, special needs planning and elder law. Among his major accomplishments was gaining guardianship for a client with approximately $2.2 million in dispute. He also resolved tax compliance issues to maintain a foundation’s 501 (c)(3) status, and advised clients on comprehensive estate and asset protection plans limiting state, local and federal tax liability.
