Margaret Uhrich, MS, CPC, ELI-MP

Margaret brings 25 years of leadership and entrepreneurial expertise gained in the healthcare, construction, pharmaceutical, and technology industries. She founded a commercial contracting firm, which she grew to $8MM and which was ranked among the top 10 Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies by the Philadelphia Business Journal in 2002. Leveraging her business experience and education, Margaret works with other organizations as a consultant, coach, and facilitator to train and develop their employees and come up with solutions that address business’s needs and employees’ desires. Margaret is a member of the American Society for Training & Development and a past co-chair of their e-Learning SIG as well as a member of the International Coaching Federation. In addition to her master’s degree in Instructional Technology Management, Margaret is a Certified Professional Coach, Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner and Certified DISC Facilitator.
