Recent events in our nation have brought into clearer focus the critical need for organizations to create a diverse and inclusive culture where everyone can thrive. Enhancing awareness, identifying and addressing unconscious biases, and creating an environment where all feel comfortable bringing their authentic selves to the workplace are practices that must be part of every organization's workforce development strategy.  

Together with the Ohio Society of CPAs (OSCPA), join us on this important journey by participating in the Crossing Bridges Series. OSCPA created this series to help organizations advance their understanding and implementation of diversity and inclusion (D&I) initiatives. Long considered the right thing to do, D&I training has not always been viewed as essential. That mindset must change and the time to do so is now.
