With more than 12 years of marketing experience, Mrs. Hurst drives the go to market strategy and execution for these sectors nationally. Her passion and purpose is to deliver CohnReznick’s unique value proposition to customers in these sectors through a multi-channel approach which ultimately increases their growth. Before joining CohnReznick, Michelle’s marketing experience has been in the MedTech, Insurance and Private Equity sectors.

Asael Meir is a partner with CohnReznick and leads the Firm’s Technology Industry Practice based in our New York offices. With more than 15 years of experience in providing assurance and financial reporting services, he has expertise in serving technology venture capitalists and entrepreneurs. Asael works closely with business owners and management teams of both privately-held and publicly listed companies who are seeking guidance regarding acquisitions, divestitures, and capital formation transactions.

Prior to joining CohnReznick, Asael worked in the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and the United States, enabling him to offer unique and global business insight to his clients. His private industry experience includes multiple international consulting assignments, and a management position for a start-up telecommunications company, where he re-engineered finance operations to establish company wide internal controls over financial reporting.
