OVERVIEW

Step away from the office to work on developing your leadership, not just working as a leader. To work on building your team, not just working as a team. Experience the power of facilitation, training, and coaching to provoke catalytic conversations that spark new insights, deepen working relationships, and inspire practical action steps that develop leaders everyone wants to follow, build teams no one wants to leave, and deliver exceptional results within your organization.

HIGHLIGHTS

9:00-12:00 Morning Session: The Mission-Critical Leadership Experience
The Great Resignation. Quiet Quitting. Changing workplace models. Global economic uncertainties. Elevated stress and burnout. These are just a few of many challenging forces facing leaders today. How will you meet these challenges? Only with your best leadership—day in and day out.

Your best leadership means more than just being a good boss. The best leaders learn to lead well in all directions. They lead upward to superiors and across among their peers throughout the organization. And it all starts with self-leadership; you can’t lead others well without first leading yourself well. Building this leadership framework into your culture will help you decrease turnover, increase engagement, break down silos, and develop a flourishing leadership pipeline that produces future leaders from within the organization.

This training experience is based on Jon’s book, Mission-Critical Leadership: How Smart Managers Lead Well in All Directions. This highly interactive workshop brings together leaders (and, if appropriate, other staff) from across all levels and departments within the organization, engaging them with each other as they learn what it takes to lead well in all directions.

1:00-5:00 Afternoon Session: The Catalyst Team Experience
Leveraging the Path4 and Path6 workplace behavior profile from RightPath Resources, discover your personal work and leadership style, preferences, strengths, struggles, and blind spots. Explore opportunities to use these insights to deliver your most valuable contributions and make the greatest impact as a leader. Identify potential barriers to your success and ways to keep them from becoming fatal flaws.

Create a team profile to identify similarities and differences among the team and discover how those factors impact culture, alignment, and collaboration. Gain insights on building trust when working through conflicts and repairing relational accidents. Explore avenues to strengthen working relationships and team dynamics within your team and across the organization.
