  • Sax LLP has bolstered its real estate team with the addition of a new partner, who returns to the firm after starting his career there. Eddie Rivera, CPA, who rejoined the practice effective Aug. 9, brings more than 15 years of experience in public accounting, tax and advisory services.
  • BCA WatsonRice LLP, one of the nation’s oldest minority-owned CPA firms, is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year and will donate 5,000 hours to community service projects in the six cities in which it operates. WatsonRice team members in New York City; Newark; Washington, DC; Miami; Lanham, MD; and Torrance, CA, will volunteer at nonprofit organizations in their communities between September 2021 and 2022.
