During this mock trial, you will hear the ins and outs of a divorce case focusing on valuation and forensic investigations.

Jerry Newler will open with an introduction to the mock trial, followed by presentations by Laura Ruvolo-Lipp and Melissa Ruvolo introducing their positions as representing their clients. Roy Kvalo and Jerry Newler will then follow with presentations as partners in the firm preparing for a joint expert engagement, discussing how the CIS's tie in with a lifestyle analysis and then proceeding to the forensics and valuation. The session will close with Melissa Ruvolo and Laura Ruvolo-Lipp returning to discuss the final settlement and the factors that go into that negotiation.
