We will cover the "Customer Journey" approach as it applies to performing an IT Assessment, share how clients benefit, how you can identify clients that could also benefit from these types of services and what questions you can ask in order to understand your clients' needs. The objective of this presentation is for attendees to be able to explain the ways in which IT Modernization services may improve a client’s operations, increase efficiency and/or mitigate risk, as well as recognize whether a client be able to benefit from IT modernization services.
