Every Womxn! explores the importance of an intersectional approach when focusing on Women's Equality, creating intentionally inclusive communities among women, the dangers of the sister hood ceiling in the workplace, and women's empowerment through allyship. With a focus on embracing and celebrating the diversity and equality of all Women, this interactive session provides participants with the opportunity to step into social responsibility and advocate for systems of equality in their sphere of influence for all Womxn. Women's equality cannot be a reality until equality exists for every Womxn!
