An enthusiastic advocate for women in Corporate America, she is on a mission to supercharge women's success through events, including the annual ZB Agency Conference, the Revenue Catalyst Leadership Series, and the Business of Golf for Women. With boundless zeal, Ms. Bogan is dedicated to arming women with the dynamic skills and strategies needed to increase their revenue and conquer the exhilarating world of deal-closing. Before launching her own company, Zoe was a member of the Corporate Development, Mergers & Acquisitions Integration team at KPMG LLP and drove improvements for US acquisitions. Her expertise included due diligence, project management, integration planning, culture assessments, finance & budgeting, and stakeholder relations. Additionally, Zoe served on the Leadership Council for KPMG’s Network of Women (KNOW), addressing and responding to diversity matters in the corporate setting. She spearheaded numerous KNOW events, mentorship initiatives, and relationship-building activities designed to enhance the personal and professional development of KPMG employees. Zoe currently serves on the board of the Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership (IFEL), a not‐for‐profit organization supporting economic development through entrepreneurship, and is a member of Golden Seeds, an investor organization funding high-potential, women-led businesses. Above all, Zoe believes in the importance of diversity and inclusion. Teams are stronger when we empower everyone to contribute, lead, and realize the potential of their abilities. She uses her strong interpersonal, organizational, and relationship-building skills to unlock that potential among your team. Ms. Bogan earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the State University of New York at Fredonia. When she's not working on behalf of her clients, you can find her on the golf course.
