| Gerald A. Shanker, CPA/ABV is a member of Kreinces Rollins & Shanker, LLC. Mr. Shanker is responsible for the firm's Closely Held Business Group. He has extensive experience in all matters of accounting, auditing, and taxes, providing services to closely held businesses, with experience in wholesale, retail, construction, technology, real estate, environment, law firms. Mr. Shanker has served as an expert witness in complex litigation matters involving contract disputes, matrimonial, estate, insolvency, damage calculations, and other litigation. He is a member of the AICPA, NJSCPA and the Institute of Business Appraisers, Inc. He was past president of the NJSCPA Essex Chapter and co-chairman of the Mid-Year Members' Conference. Mr. Shanker attended Glassboro State College (Rowan University) where he received a BS in Accounting. He also received a MS in Taxation from Pace University. |  |
