Michael has over forty years of experience in various aspects of law, including taxation (his major interest), litigation, business planning, corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships. Mr. Schlesinger has written over fifty five articles on taxation in various national publications. He's also been quoted a number of times in The New York Times , Federal Tax Weekly, Fortune Small Business and Smart Money.
