Nelson A. Mendez graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Kean University, Union, New Jersey. Nelson has been practicing in public accounting since 1999.
Nelson has provided services to small and medium size companies assisting many from start-up and through their development as well established enterprises in various fields. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, federal and state taxes, including complex like-kind exchange transactions and has provided clients with representation before the labor and treasury departments.
Nelson is a member of the New Jersey Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs and is fluent in Spanish. |
