| Alan A. Davidson, Esq., is a tax, estate and business attorney with his own firm located in Elmwood Park, NJ. His practice includes estate planning and administration, individual and corporate tax planning, business agreements (including stockholder, partnership and operating agreements, employment and deferred compensation ageements) as well as purchases and sales of closely-held businesses. Mr. Davidson was graduated with a B.A. in Economics in 1971 from Rutgers University and received his J.D. from Rutgers in 1974. He also was awarded a Masters of Law in Taxation from New York University in 1977.
