| Peggy Sheahan Knee, J.D., LL.M, CELA, is a member of the Knee Law Firm, Hackensack, focusing on estate planning, elder law, and probate and estate administration. She is the immediate past president of the New Jersey State Bar Association. She is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a fellow of the American Bar Foundation. Ms. Knee is admitted to the bars of New Jersey, New York and Florida. She writes and lectures frequently on estate planning topics. Ms. Knee is author of "Lexis Nexis Practice Guide: New Jersey Probate and Estate Administration" and co-author with Linda Ershow-Levenberg of "Lexis Nexis Practice Guide: New Jersey Elder Law."
