| Jarrod M. Rhen, CPA, CITP, is a Sr. Manager at WithumSmith+Brown. He has 10 years of accounting and auditing experience, focusing on small publicly traded companies, and privately held companies with complex capital structures in the fields of manufacturing, biopharmaceutical development, financial services and technology. He frequently makes presentations to accounting firms, bankers and academics on complex accounting topics including derivatives, hedging and fair value calculations.
Mr. Rhen holds Bachelor of Science degrees in accounting and finance from Millersville University of Pennsylvania where he studied business administration and economics and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA).
