Provide Your Input: Talent Readiness in the Accounting Profession

The Illinois CPA Society is conducting important research to better understand how prepared early-career accounting and finance professionals are as they enter the workforce — and what skills, resources and support may help them succeed.

If you’re in the early years of your career — or if you manage or supervise someone who is — please provide your input. Your honest responses will help identify gaps and enhance programs and services to better guide and support future talent.

This survey takes about 10 minutes to complete and is intended for individuals with less than five years of experience in accounting or finance positions, as well as supervisors or managers of early career professionals. If that doesn’t apply to you, please share it with others who qualify.

Participants will be entered into a drawing to win one of ten $50 Amazon gift cards.
