Ensuring Deliverability of NJCPA Emails

If New Jersey Society of CPAs emails are not getting through to you, it’s likely that spam filters are to blame. Getting this rectified typically requires some simple tweaks to your spam filter settings.

Corporate Email

Whitelisting njcpa.org emails
The New Jersey Society of CPAs sends numerous emails to its members regarding membership benefits, professional news, educational opportunities and more. NJCPA members are also included in our online community site, Connect, which generates discussion emails among members. Below are the IP addresses and domains for all categories of emails. Please whitelist these addresses:

  • 185.187.116.30 (@njcpa.org)
  • 67.216.226.199 (@njcpa.org)
  • 98.109.51.194 (@njcpa.org)
  • 54.240.14.78, 54.240.14.79, 54.240.14.80, 54.240.14.31, 54.240.14.32, 54.240.14.106, 54.240.14.216, 54.240.14.217, 54.240.14.218, 54.240.14.219, 54.240.14.220, (@ConnectedCommunity.org)
  • It may also be necessary to add the Exchange Online Protection IP addresses.

AOL

  • Click Add Contact button in the popup to finish.
  • Repeat to add the additional email addresses listed above.

Comcast

  • Click Add
  • Click Update to finish

 Gmail

  • Click “Contacts” along the left side of any Gmail page.
  • Click “Create Contact.”
  • Enter one of the email addresses above into the primary email address dialog box.
  • Click “Save.”
  • Repeat for the remaining email addresses above.
  • Alternatively, check your SPAM folder. If you find an email from the NJCPA, check the box next to the mailing and click the “Not Spam” button along the top.

 Yahoo

  • Log in to your account and click the Settings icon (looks like a gear) in the upper right.
  • Select Filters in the left-hand menu
  • Click the “Add” button
  • Enter a name for your filter (such as “NJCPA”)
  • In the From line, select “contains” and enter one of the following addresses in the box:
  • In the “Then move the message to this folder” field, select “Inbox” (or a folder of your choice)
  • Click the “Save” button
  • Repeat for the second email address above.

Mac Mail

  • Select “Mail” and “Preferences” from the top menu.
  • In the “Preferences” window, click the “Rules” icon.
  • Click the “Add Rule” button.
  • In the “Rules” window, type a name for your rule in the “Description” field.
  • Use the following settings: “If any of the following conditions are met: From Contains.”
  • Type the following email addresses in the text field beside “Contains”:
  • Select “Move Message” and “Inbox” from the drop-down menus.
  • Click “Ok” to save the rule.
  • Repeat for the additional email addresses above.

Windows Live Mail

  • Click the Windows Live Mail icon in the top left corner of the window.
  • Select “Options” in the menu.
  • Click on “Safety Options” in the next menu.
  • In the “Safety Options” window, click the “Safe Senders” tab.
  • Click the “Add” button.
  • Enter the following address in the new window that pops up:
  • Click “Ok” to add sender.
  • Repeat for the additional email addresses above.
  • Click “Ok” in the “Safety Options” window to save your changes.
