In addition to fifteen years of broad-based management consulting, Karwic has fifteen years of experience as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for several diverse businesses in a wide variety of industries. He also has three years of experience as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions for a mid-cap investment banking firm. Through permanent positions and consulting, Karwic has worked in over 100 businesses and divisions of large Fortune 500 companies. His consulting practice based in Wethersfield, Connecticut focuses on strategic planning, interim CFO work, operating budgets and forecasting, business reviews, pre-acquisition analysis, cost systems, and a wide variety of HR and general management projects.
