HIGHLIGHTS

As organizations become more diverse, they inevitably face the challenges that come with different perspectives. Successful organizations recognize the value of creating a workplace culture that is welcoming and where its employees feel safe to be who they are.

Dr. Turner will lead the panelists in a discussion relating to their career experience of feeling a sense of belonging and, conversely, times when they felt that they were not in a culture that valued diversity and inclusion. Dr. Turner will also share proven best practices for creating an inclusive and belonging environment at all levels of an organization.
