Vincent has been with the Internal Revenue Service for 29 years. Vincent has served as a Revenue Agent in several divisions within the Internal Revenue Service, including Exempt Organizations, Small Business-Self Employed, Treasury and Federal, State and Local Government Division. In 2009, Vincent joined the Federal, State and Local Government Division (FSLG). FSLG’s main emphasis is compliance with Federal Employment Tax laws. Vincent works diligently with local governments, school districts and state universities to bring them into Federal Employment Tax compliance.
