This month's Practitioner's Forum will feature 2 people from Fileforms, one of the nation's prominent BOI providers! We are very happy to be joined by co-founder Frank Tumminello and the company's director of sales, Ian Quinlan. They will stand (sitting though) at the ready to answer our questions about beneficial ownership interest reporting as well as to acquaint us with what we should be looking for in a BOI provider!
