HIGHLIGHTS

The first half of this session will cover the methods used to commit fraud, strategies employed to cover it up and investigation techniques that led to the discovery of the deception. It will also review the financial and reputational damage incurred by the victims, as well as the legal consequences faced by the perpetrators.

The second half of the session will review the newest developments in federal taxation and advise measures for compliance.

He is the 2011/12 chairman of the Tax Law Committee of American Bar Association’s GP Solo and Small Firm Division. Parag also serves as a part-time municipal court judge for Edison Township.
