OVERVIEW

Financial Managers are continually asked to do more with less. Without a practical working knowledge of lean techniques, it is virtually impossible to get the most out of your accounting operation. This course will help participants understand lean concepts and techniques and how to apply these tools to their office environment. It will focus strongly on the ability to recognize and eliminate wasteful operations within the accounting department.

Anyone that is interested in improving the overall daily effectiveness of the accounting function. Participants will be asked to look at their job and their processes through “new glasses.” The tools and techniques are applicable for all levels of individuals.
