webcast

ON24

2 CPE Credits in TX

OVERVIEW

Learn about changes to estate and gift taxation that will significantly impact your clients as the planned “sunset” (or possible extension) of the 2017 Tax Cut and Jobs Act occurs at the end of 2025.

DESIGNED FOR

CPAs and tax professionals in public accounting

BENEFITS

Keep up to date on estate and gift tax changes that are on the horizon.

HIGHLIGHTS

This session will provide a brief background on the estate, gift and generation- skipping tax and explore steps that can be taken to minimize taxes at the passing of your clients. If you have clients who have amassed wealth or clients who own small businesses, this session will help you guide them to make the right decisions.

The estate and gift tax provisions will affect a small number of clients, however they are likely to be your most treasured clients. The IRS has made it perfectly clear that some transactions will be “grandfathered” from the sunset, assuming taxpayers act beforehand.
