| Jordan D. Amin, CPA is a tax partner at EisnerAmper LLP with more than 15 years of experience in both public and private accounting. He has a unique blend of expertise in tax, auditing, business consulting, financial planning and forensic accounting. His expertise includes the review of corporate, individual, partnership and fiduciary tax returns. He advises the owners of closely held companies on the management and growth of all phases of their business, from tax planning to the successful transition of management to subsequent generations in family owned businesses. He has experience in a wide variety of industries including distribution, manufacturing, retail, financial services, real estate and construction. Mr. Amin has advised his clients on exit strategies and worked closely on the sale of several of his clients’ businesses. He is a graduate of Boston University, where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA). Jordan is the Immediate Past Chair of the AICPA’s National CPA Financial Literacy Commission, an initiative to improve personal financial education in the United States, and is Chair of the NJCPA’s Strategic Planning Committee. He is also Treasurer of the New Jersey Hall of Fame.
