| Lisa Scimeca is the Associate Regional Director of the Philadelphia Regional Office of EBSA from 2007 to the present. Prior to that, Ms. Scimeca served a one-year detail as the Senior Technical Advisor for Health in the Philadelphia Regional Office during 2014, and she was the Supervisory Benefits Advisor for the Philadelphia Regional Office from 2003 to 2007. She was also a Pension Law Specialist in the National Office of EBSA (formerly Pension and Welfare Benefits Administration) from 1991 to 1995. She was also engaged in private legal practice from 1996 to 2002 in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Ms. Scimeca graduated Magna Cum Laude from Duke University with a B.A. in English Literature, and was awarded her Juris Doctorate Degree from Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. She is an active member of the NJ Bar.
