He excels in cultivating relationships, meeting challenges, and strives to understand the unique needs of each organization he serves. This approach has allowed Eric to gain experience in delivering customized solutions for organizations of all types, from small privately held businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to joining Chadler Solutions in 2011, Eric served as a Benefits Advisor for The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America where he focused on Medical and Ancillary benefits, risk management, HR solutions, employee education, and client retention. Cost control through education, communication, access and responsiveness are the cornerstones of his commitment for delivering value to his clients and their employees.
Eric earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Business from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania. Originally from New Jersey, Eric has lived in nearby Boonton Township since 2018.
