Entering a lottery to help pay for those fees is easy.
The third annual CPA Exam Fee Lottery runs Oct. 1-31, 2024. Ten winners will be randomly selected to receive $750 to cover the CPA exam application and fees.

If you are planning to sit for the Uniform CPA Exam under New Jersey jurisdiction between Dec. 1, 2024 and Nov. 30, 2025, enter the NJCPA CPA Exam Fee Lottery.
ELIGIBILITY:
- Current student or graduated within the past five years
- Active membership in the NJCPA as a Student or Affiliate (Student membership is free)
- New Jersey residency
- Not eligible for financial assistance from employer in the form of payments/ reimbursements of exam fees or review courses
GUIDELINES: Winners will be selected at random. The NJCPA Scholarship Fund will issue vouchers when the exam candidate provides a copy of his/her Notice to Schedule (NTS) issued by NASBA CPA Exam Services. To receive payment, individuals must attest that their employer does not provide financial assistance as stipulated above. Vouchers are non-transferable and must be redeemed by Nov. 30, 2025. If you become ineligible to use the voucher, you must notify the NJCPA Scholarship Fund.
ENTRY DEADLINE: The lottery will open on Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2024, and will close on Thursday, Oct. 31, 2024.
NOTIFICATION: The winners will be notified via email on Friday, Nov. 15, 2024.
