Resources for Firm Administrators

Welcome to the Firm Administration section of the New Jersey Society of CPAs website. This site is designed to provide tools and resources to CPA firm administrators to help them conduct transactions and updates on behalf of their firm.

Site Features

  • Firm Roster - View a roster of all members and nonmembers who are linked to all locations of your firm. Add, update and remove staff.

  • Event Registration - Register one or more staff for one or more events in a single transaction. When you select an event, you'll be prompted to select a registrant. 

  • CPE Tracker - View and update the CPE credit history for all staff members at your firm. 

  • Event Schedule - View a schedule of all seminars, conferences and chapter events that the staff at your company are registered for.

  • Membership Renewal - Renew the outstanding memberships for all members at your firm in a single transaction by check or credit card. 

  • Firm Roles - A listing of who at your firm is assigned to various functional roles that the NJCPA tracks (such as Managing Partner).
