Welcome to the Firm Administration section of the New Jersey Society of CPAs website. This site is designed to provide tools and resources to CPA firm administrators to help them conduct transactions and updates on behalf of their firm.

Firm Roster

View a roster of all members and nonmembers who are linked to all locations of your firm. Add, update and remove staff.

Engagement Activities

View the NJCPA activities of your staff: committees and interest groups, volunteer activities and speaking engagements. 

Event Registration

Register one or more staff for one or more events in a single transaction. When you select an event, you'll be prompted to select a registrant. 

Firm Roles

A listing of who at your firm is assigned to various functional roles the NJCPA tracks (e.g., Managing Partner, Firm Administrator). 

CPE Tracker

View and update the CPE credit history for all staff members at your firm. 

On-Site Training

Bring our courses to your company. You choose the date, training location and any other unique requirements that fit your team.

Event Schedule

View a schedule of all seminars, conferences and chapter events that the staff at your company are registered for.

Membership Renewal

Renew the outstanding memberships for all members at your firm in a single transaction by check or credit card.
